Photos are delivered within 24–48 hours of your shoot. Videos and reels take a bit more time — expect delivery within 2–5 business days depending on the scope of the project.
We cover the full Chicagoland area — both the city and surrounding suburbs. Not sure if your listing falls within range? Reach out and we'll confirm.
Most shoots wrap in about 1 hour. Larger properties or listings that include both photo and video packages may take up to 2 hours on-site.
Yes. Rush delivery is available — additional fees may apply depending on the timeline requested. Mention it when you book and we'll work something out.
Weather happens — especially in Chicago. Cancellations due to weather receive priority rescheduling and are not subject to cancellation fees. We'll get you back on the calendar as soon as conditions clear.
All deliverables are shared via Google Drive. You'll receive a link to your folder where you can download everything at full resolution. Reels and videos will need to be downloaded before posting to Instagram or any other platform.
